I thought that the possibility of owning my own home in California on a single income would be impossible, and Jeri proved me wrong. Financing took longer than expected, the agreed upon close date was extended another 10 days and funding was completed on the very last day. I was very pleased with Jeri's demeanor and willingness to work through all the hardship. Not to go unnoticed, she navigated a multiple offer situation well enough to land us the house with all of the appliances/fixtures we desired. We never actually contacted any agents but snooped around a few properties here and there. We finally decided to get serious and look at a few listings. Jeri was the referral agent on the property and we had heard her name before. We set up a visit to a property in the upper valley and met Jeri there. We met her and immediately liked her. We made offer and a got accepted the next day. The back offer went to the other buyer but we are very happy with what we bought. Jeri guided us through a smooth escrow and got us closed early! We are very happy to have had Jeri represent us and walk us through our purchase.
