" I grew up visiting Ojai and my wife Mary and I have been visiting together and talking about buying in Ojai for years. We never actually contacted any agents but snooped around a few properties here and there. We finally decided to get serious and look at a few listings. Jeri was the referral agent on the property and we had heard her name before. We set up a visit to a property in the upper valley and met Jeri there. We met her and immediately liked her. She sensed that the property we were looking at was not for us and offered some other listings to look at. We looked at a few that day and went crazy for one particular property. Jeri suggested we visit a property that we had seen listed but dismissed as not for us. We went and saw it and realized what we could do with the property! We made offer and a got accepted the next day. The back offer went to the other buyer but we are very happy with what we bought. Jeri guided us through a smooth escrow and got us closed early!
